EAT & FIT: What Is the Course, Who Is It For, and How Can You Start Losing Weight Without Counting Calories?

A simple start to weight loss without constantly counting calories or weighing every food

A simple first step toward weight loss without constantly counting calories or weighing food

EAT & FIT is a 30-day online weight-loss course designed for people who want to start losing weight without counting calories or weighing food. It is particularly suitable for people with significant excess weight, as well as those who have tried to lose weight many times, become tired of dieting, stopped, and then started all over again.

The purpose of the program is to make the first stage of weight loss easier and more manageable: to teach you how to build a balanced plate, understand portions, reduce overeating, and gradually develop new eating habits.

EAT & FIT can be used as a standalone 30-day program or as an introductory stage before continuing your weight-loss journey. After completing the course, we recommend moving on to DIKETO Academy.

    What Is EAT & FIT?

Many people want to lose weight but keep postponing the start because the process seems too complicated. Counting calories, weighing food, monitoring every meal, following numerous rules, and constantly thinking about what you can and cannot eat can quickly become overwhelming.

This can be especially difficult for people who have already tried to lose weight several times. They start a new diet, follow it for a while, then become tired or deviate from the plan and stop completely. Some time later, they start again.

EAT & FIT was created to make this first stage simpler.

The program does not require you to calculate the calories in every meal or constantly weigh your food. Instead, you gradually learn to understand the structure of your diet: what a balanced plate should look like, how to combine foods, how to estimate portions, and how to organize your main meals.

The basic principle of EAT & FIT is not to change absolutely everything in one day, but to gradually build an eating system that can work in everyday life.

Who Is EAT & FIT For?

EAT & FIT can be a simple starting point for people who want to lose weight without constantly counting calories or weighing food.

The program is particularly suitable for people with significant excess weight. In this situation, weight loss does not necessarily have to begin with precise control over every gram of food. The first stage can simply focus on organizing your diet: more structured meals, a balanced plate, better portion awareness, and gradually reducing overeating.

Another group that may benefit from EAT & FIT is people who repeatedly start trying to lose weight but struggle to continue.

The pattern is familiar to many: you decide to start on Monday, follow a new eating plan for several days or weeks, become tired, deviate from the plan, and eventually stop altogether. After some time, there is another diet, another Monday, and another attempt.

After several cycles like this, a person may become tired not only of a particular diet but of the entire weight-loss process.

EAT & FIT allows you to begin with a simpler approach without turning nutrition into a complicated system of calculations and rules.

EAT & FIT as the First Stage of Weight Loss

One of the main purposes of EAT & FIT is to prepare you for the next stages of your weight-loss journey.

The course can be used as a 30-day introductory and adaptation stage.

During this time, you learn how to build a balanced plate, understand portions more easily, organize your main meals, combine foods, recognize situations that may lead to overeating, and apply new nutrition principles in everyday life.

After completing EAT & FIT, we recommend moving on to DIKETO Academy.

This approach allows the process to develop gradually. First, you learn to organize your diet in a simpler format without calorie counting or weighing food. Once the basic structure of your eating routine becomes more familiar, you can move on to a more structured program with a ready-made, calculated meal plan and continue your weight-loss journey.

    Our recommended progression is:

EAT & FIT → DIKETO Academy

If desired, after EAT & FIT you can also choose another nutrition format, such as Mediterra or Keto Classic, if it suits your goals and individual needs. However, as the main continuation after EAT & FIT, we recommend DIKETO Academy.

This means EAT & FIT can be viewed not only as a standalone 30-day course but also as the first stage of a longer process of changing eating habits and losing weight.

Do You Need to Count Calories in EAT & FIT?

No. Counting calories yourself is not the foundation of this program.

Instead of calculating the calorie content of every breakfast, lunch, or dinner, you learn to understand the structure of your meals and use the balanced plate principle.

This format can be particularly useful at the beginning of a weight-loss journey, when too many numbers and calculations may make the process unnecessarily complicated.

The purpose of the first stage is to learn to look at the food available to you and understand how to build a complete, balanced meal.

Do You Need to Weigh Your Food?

EAT & FIT does not require you to constantly use kitchen scales or weigh every ingredient.

For some people, having to control every gram of food is exactly what makes a diet feel too complicated and difficult to maintain.

EAT & FIT therefore uses a simpler, more visual approach. You gradually learn to understand portion sizes, plate composition, and food combinations.

These are practical skills that can be used not only at home but also in situations where kitchen scales or a pre-planned meal are not available.

    What Is a Balanced Plate?

A balanced plate is a simple and understandable principle for putting together a complete meal.

Instead of constantly depending on a specific recipe, you gradually learn which types of foods should be included in a meal, how to combine them, and how to estimate appropriate quantities.

This is particularly important in real life. We do not always eat at home. There are workdays, travel, vacations, restaurants, celebrations, and situations where preparing a specific planned meal is simply not possible.

The purpose of EAT & FIT is therefore not only to provide nutrition recommendations but also to gradually teach you how to make your own food choices in different situations.

What Does the EAT & FIT Program Include?

The exact course content depends on the package you choose.

The program includes a recipe database, step-by-step lessons on organizing your diet, a balanced plate builder, and a sample eating structure.

The extended option also includes recommendations for food and meal substitutions, an overview of common mistakes, and support from a curator via Telegram.

This means participants receive more than a collection of recipes. They receive a system designed to help them gradually understand the basic principles of organizing their diet.

What EAT & FIT Packages Are Available?

EAT & FIT lasts 30 days and is available in two formats.

    Free Start

The basic option is designed for independent participation in the program.

It includes a database of 85 recipes, step-by-step lessons, the balanced plate builder, and a sample eating structure.

    Free Start Plus

The extended version of the course includes a database of 125 recipes, educational materials, the balanced plate builder, a sample eating structure, substitution recommendations, an overview of common mistakes, and support from a curator via Telegram.

The exact content and current package conditions can be checked on the course page before purchasing.

Is EAT & FIT a Strict Diet?

EAT & FIT is not built around a long list of forbidden foods.

The purpose of the program is different: to gradually teach you to understand how much you eat, how your meals are structured, how foods can be combined, and which eating habits may contribute to overeating.

If a particular way of eating has developed over many years, completely changing it in a single day can be difficult. Trying to suddenly eliminate familiar foods and immediately follow numerous new rules can lead to another abandoned diet.

For this reason, EAT & FIT introduces changes gradually. First, you learn the basic principles of organizing your diet. Then, when you are ready, you can move on to the next stage.

Can EAT & FIT Be Used in Everyday Life?

One of the purposes of the program is to help you use what you learn not only at home and not only during the 30 days of the course.

The balanced plate principle can be applied at work, while traveling, on vacation, in cafés and restaurants, and during family events or celebrations.

You do not have to find a specific recipe every time you eat. It is much more important to gradually learn how to evaluate the food available to you and understand how to build a more balanced meal from the available options.

For this reason, EAT & FIT focuses not only on following instructions but also on developing greater independence when making food choices.

What If Your Previous Diet Was Far From Balanced?

In this situation, it is even more important not to try to change everything at once.

You can start by organizing your main meals, paying attention to portion sizes and plate composition, and gradually identifying situations in which overeating occurs.

For someone who has started and stopped multiple diets, a gradual approach may be far more realistic than another attempt to eat “perfectly” starting tomorrow.

EAT & FIT does not require a perfect start. Its purpose is to help you start making changes and continue them.

Why Is EAT & FIT Suitable for People With Significant Excess Weight?

When a person has a higher starting weight, the weight-loss process does not necessarily have to begin with the most complicated system of dietary control.

At the first stage, meaningful changes may already include more organized meals, reduced overeating, better portion awareness, and more intentional food choices.

Gradually, you become accustomed to a new eating structure and develop the basic skills needed to continue your weight-loss journey.

For this reason, EAT & FIT can be used as a preparatory stage before moving on to a more structured nutrition program.

In this scenario, we recommend the following progression:

30 days of EAT & FIT → DIKETO Academy

First comes a simpler adaptation stage. After that, you can continue working toward your weight-loss goals within a more structured format.

What Should You Do If You Deviate From the Plan?

One unplanned meal, celebration, or difficult day does not mean that you need to start the entire process again.

This is especially important for people who have repeatedly followed the same pattern in the past: starting a diet, deviating from it, giving up, and then starting again some time later.

One of the goals of EAT & FIT is to gradually move away from this approach.

There is no need to wait until next Monday or try to compensate for what you ate with severe restrictions. Simply return to your usual eating structure and continue.

Long-term progress is not determined by one individual meal but by your overall eating pattern.

Do You Need to Follow the Program Perfectly for 30 Days?

The purpose of EAT & FIT is not to complete 30 days without making a single mistake.

What matters much more is that during this period you begin developing skills that you can continue to use after the course is over.

By the end of the program, you should have a better understanding of your eating structure, portion sizes, plate composition, and eating habits.

These skills can then become the foundation for the next stage.

What Can You Learn During 30 Days of EAT & FIT?

During the course, you learn how to build a balanced plate, estimate portions without constantly weighing food, combine foods within a meal, and organize your eating throughout the day.

The program also pays attention to eating habits and situations that may contribute to overeating.

As a result, you develop a basic system that can be applied in everyday life and become better prepared to continue your weight-loss journey.

For this reason, EAT & FIT is more than simply 30 days of following a particular eating approach. For many participants, it can become the first stage of a longer-term change in eating habits.

What Comes After EAT & FIT?

After completing the 30-day course, we recommend continuing your weight-loss journey.

Our primary recommendation for the next stage is DIKETO Academy.

After a simpler start without calorie counting or weighing food, you move on to a more structured approach with a ready-made, calculated meal plan.

For someone with significant excess weight or someone who has repeatedly started trying to lose weight and then stopped, the progression can therefore look like this:

EAT & FIT → DIKETO Academy

The first goal is to organize your diet and develop basic skills. You can then move on to the next stage and continue working toward your weight-loss goals.

If desired, you can also move from EAT & FIT to Mediterra or Keto Classic. However, DIKETO Academy is our primary recommended next step after EAT & FIT.

How to Start EAT & FIT
